All we require is that you have a desire to find a property in our region and that you are in a position to buy. We will arrange viewings of the properties you feel will be most suitable and our trips involve no obligation on your part, we take a very relaxed and patient approach and believe that good properties always sell themselves. We know how hard it is to find the right property and although around 70% of our customers find a property when they are here, some don't, although we often manage to find them the right thing at a later date.
